CONTRACT/FREELANCE RECRUITMENT
Contract/Freelance candidates can make a difference to the success of a project and add to the profitability of your company. Employing Contract/Freelance candidates also gives you the flexibility to control your project budgets and overhead costs.
Pro-Link Europe Limited is able to support its clients by supplying contract staff/freelance staff at short notice, for both short and long terms contracts. All candidates will be fully compliant with REC requirements: suitable candidates are identified, pre-screened before their details are submitted to the client.
Candidates’ performance is monitored through the use of Candidate Assessment Forms that are sent to the client on a regular basis.
A Service Level Agreement will be sent to all clients.
PERMANENT PLACEMENTS
Every candidate is screened using the following process.
i. Candidates complete a registration form which includes the following
- Passport or original birth certificate
- Proof of National Insurance Number
- Certificates of Qualification
ii. Candidates are given a copy of the full job description to ensure that there is a full understanding of the role. Candidates are given an insight into the company in respect of career progression, professional development and any other benefits that the company may offer. An assessment is made to ensure that candidates are genuinely interested in pursuing the opportunity before their CV’s are sent to the client.
iii. Verbal and/or written references are obtained from the candidate’s former employers. If circumstances dictate that this is not feasible at the time, references will be obtained from other sources.
ADVERTISING & SELECTION
Pro-Link Europe offers advertisement and selection to allow you time to concentrate on your core business activities. Advertising and selection can reduce the time and expense your company spends on recruitment.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Pro-Link Europe offers an executive search service for high level appointments. A short list containing an outline of each candidate’s strengths and weaknesses is supported by comments and recommendations. Full consultation throughout this process of selection ensures a comprehensive service.
